Pepper – Our Office Dog

Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Pepper is a social butterfly with the sharp intellect of a Border Collie. Adopted and brought to her forever home, she has transitioned from a rescue to a “management” role. Whether she’s bossing around the backyard chickens or conducting her daily “desk-side audits,” Pepper ensures the office runs like a well-oiled machine.

As our resident Office Dog, Pepper takes her job seriously. Her responsibilities include:

• Employee Wellness: Providing mandatory “pet breaks” and greeting the team with a wagging tail.
• Security & Safety: Monitoring her canine friends and offering “vocal alerts” (barks) to keep everyone in line.
• Corporate Culture: Infusing the workday with warmth, affection, and a touch of bossy charm.
