Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, Empire at Burton Way features boutique residential design developed through close collaboration between Courtland Studio LLC, the architect, and developer. The project focuses on creating a private elevated retreat that provides a seamless transition away from the high-energy city environment.

The Garden Terrace: 360-Degree Design

The building’s signature feature is its Garden Terrace, designed to provide stunning views of the Los Angeles and the Beverly Hills skyline.

  • Privacy by Design: We utilized perimeter landscaping to create a secluded environment, allowing residents to enjoy 360-degree rooftop views while maintaining total intimate privacy.
  • Curated Relaxation: Whether for a morning coffee or an afternoon of sunbathing, the terrace features diverse “outdoor rooms” that cater to every resident’s lifestyle.

Rooftop Amenities: Al Fresco Luxury & Entertainment

The rooftop was designed as a multi-functional social hub, featuring high-end materials and sophisticated hardscape elements:

  • The Lounge: A covered rooftop lounge anchored by a modern outdoor fireplace, perfect for evening gatherings.
  • Dining & Leisure: Dedicated areas for Al Fresco dining, social seating, and a specialized gaming zone.
  • Wellness & Sunbathing: A dedicated sunbathing area equipped with a refreshing outdoor shower for a resort-style experience.

Pet-Friendly Sophistication

Recognizing the needs of modern urban residents, we designed a gated dog walk. This four-legged sanctuary features durable, aesthetically pleasing materials and professional-grade stainless steel pet washing stations, combining convenience with luxury design.

Landscape Architecture & Urban Integration
