The Courtland Studio, LLC design team partnered closely with the developer to craft a city-approved landscape vision for this Sherman Oaks multifamily residential project.

Using ornamental grasses such as Leymus condensatus ‘Canyon Prince’ and Juncus, we brought a modern, resilient plant palette to the building’s outdoor spaces.
