Anna joins our team as a talented Landscape Architecture graduate from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Bringing a fresh, ecological perspective to our firm, Anna combines technical precision with a deep appreciation for California landscapes.
Design Philosophy & Experience
Anna’s design aesthetic blends contemporary, natural, and organic principles. She is passionate about creating resilient outdoor spaces through her experience with native and Mediterranean plant palettes suited to the California climate. Her work emphasizes ecological sustainability, prioritizing biodiversity and restoration‑focused gardens. Her hands-on experience in the field is complemented by her dedication to community-led land stewardship, volunteering with Test Plot (Terremoto) in Los Angeles and Growing Grounds in San Luis Obispo.
Technical Skills & Innovation
Anna works across both traditional hand drawing and digital design tools. Her technical toolkit includes:
- Drafting & Documentation: AutoCAD, LandFX, and Microsoft Suite.
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Hand graphics

- CPLA Outstanding Design Award: Recognized for consistent excellence in design studio throughout her five-year architecture program
- Chapman Forestry Scholarship: Awarded for international academic and cultural study in Castiglion Fiorentino, Tuscany, Italy, where she immersed herself in classic Mediterranean design
Beyond the Studio
When she isn’t designing in the studio, she is an avid camper and hiker, and she channels her creativity into sewing, drawing, and crochet.
